When posting a REQ or confirming a livestock order, select the crew type you need — Slaughterman, Processing Team, or Delivery Handler. Specify time window and site address.
Within 4 hours you receive a confirmation with the assigned worker's profile, rating, and arrival window. All workers are KYC-verified, insured, and have been rated by previous buyers.
The worker arrives, completes the job, and you confirm via WhatsApp. Crew cost is added to your Gramam invoice — animals + handling on one payment. T+7 settlement for workers.
